Refund policy

If you cannot make your session or need to cancel for any reason, a refund in the form of store credit will only be possible if notice via email is given at least 48 hours prior to the time of your booking.


Please note: we do not offer rescheduling of sessions if requested on the same day of your booking.

If, for any reason we have to cancel your booking ie. unsafe weather conditions, a full refund will be processed to the card you paid with.
